CHOICES is a drug abuse prevention curriculum specifically developed for elementary age children who are affected by familial alcohol or other drug abuse. The CHOICES curriculum is intended for professional use in school or community-based settings. It is designed for use by practitioners (e.g. counselors, social workers, or psychologists) who work with or need information to begin working with elementary age children of drug abusers. The recommended method of delivery for this curriculum is structured peer support groups.
